SHIPPING POLICY – GRAND GRACE
All of our products are pre-ordered. By pre-ordering, you’re securing your favorite items in advance and ensuring you get them as soon as they’re available.
How Pre-Orders Work:
- Reserve Your Piece: Select your item(s) and place your pre-order. You’ll be the first to get your hands on them once they’re ready.
- Estimated Shipping Date: Pre-ordered items will ship once completed.
- Payment: Your card will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
- Limited Stock: Pre-order slots are limited, so make sure to lock in your favorite pieces now!
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-traffic drops, processing may take longer.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- 3–7 business days (U.S.)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Shipping Responsibility
Grand Grace is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping information was entered by the customer
